怎么找人？How to Find People

在 LinkedIn 搜「我想做的工作」+「Los Angeles」。看到华人面孔，发简短礼貌的请求消息。 On LinkedIn, search your target job + "Los Angeles". Find Chinese names, send a short polite message.

问什么问题？What to Ask

• 您怎么进这个行业的？
• 一天的工作是什么样？
• 需要什么技能或证书？
• 您建议我下一步做什么？ • How did you get into this field?
• What's a typical workday?
• What skills or certs do I need?
• What should I do next?

💡 结束时问：「您能再介绍一两位同行让我请教吗？」💡 End with: "Could you introduce me to 1–2 other people I should talk to?"

每次访谈都会带来下一次。三个月内可以认识 20–30 个行业里的人 — 工作机会自然会来。Each chat leads to the next. In 3 months you can meet 20–30 industry people — job offers follow naturally.
